Rusko se vsak jiz vzpamatovalo a zastavilo nejhorsi genocidu z 90tych let. SSSR se mel reformovat na stat podobny EU, prosperuji, demokraticky pravni celek, nikoliv oligarchisticky polofeudalisticky polomafialchaos, valky, chudoba, zlocin, prostituce.

Stav se nyni napravuje, ale jde to velmi pomalu.
